HAMMER TIME!

W0e only have 2 days of school this week. I know what youre thinkin, "oh! now he should have 20 drawings done by next week!". Well...that's not exactly how it goes. From here until the New Year, my work hours are gettin smacked down on my head. I don't know how all these people from marion can afford so many groceries. There were a few days I spent either trieng to find out why my animation had no sound all of a sudden, or trieng to find out how to get this cartoon onto a disk. I drew this really cool looking background. I can't find it now, along with ANY of my drawings. My sketchbook has gone missing. I hope and pray that it is at home somewhere. Zach says he wants to work on garage band, and he wants me to put it into my blog. I told him no and that I was not gonna waste my time talking about him in my blog.

whatever you want it to be

Yep...im "blogging" again. It's hard to think of what to write for these things. With my animations...nothin new happens too often. It takes FOREVER to finish them. So I can only say, "yep, im still working on it". For drawing, I just finished this one really awesome picture. Its of a realistic person. Its not an original character of mine, which would be nice, but it looks really good. I'm not sure what to do next, or if im really behind or anything. Am I where I should be at this time? I know you can always be better, but is it good enough yet? I think im just gonna try to keep drawing figures. Maybe now towards CREATING my own figures. I've tried it before, its pretty tough.

Dogs, and the people who feed them.

I dont know if you remember this or not...but there was a time when I wanted to start an action filled animation. It went bad at first and instead of trying to fix it, I decided to just start all the way over with a different story. This info may be in a previous blog. If you don't believe me, scroll up and quit being a jerk. The new animation I started is going pretty well. It IS taking a long time, as I expected but it might just be that I don't actually have much time to work on it. 40-45 min. may sound like enough, but I usually spend a few hours at home in a day. I also realize that proffesional animators spend MANY hours a day, almost every day, some times ALL NIGHT and day, making art. Notice, I didn't use the word "working". Mostly because its too fun to be work. At the rate im goin, I get one scene done almost every 2 days. I usually finish in one day, but on the second I go back through and add something or change something. I'm getting into the more actiony part of it. I don't know if it will go slower, because ill have to do a lot of redrawing the whole frame, or if it will go faster, since everythings moving so fast I might not have to draw everything very detailed. Also, on a different note...I died my hair black, have 4 earrings now, am in the process of fixing up an old accustic guitar, and find myself hanging out at beatniks listening to locals. goodbye.
